Shipping:

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed between July 19th and Aug 4 2024, will be shipped out by August 19th and should be delivered between August 21st and August 27th 2024.

Standard Shipping Times:

We only ship domestically in the US. For domestic orders, once your order is produced, packages can take between 5 to 8 days to arrive in your hands from our production facility in Miami, Florida.

Production Times

Our standard production time takes up to 10 business days. Our custom-made products go through a few steps before they are packaged up and sent to you. Keep in mind that we need to crop the image, pair it with your design, send it to our production team, and then screenprint the design onto the material. Please note this does not include the shipping time.

So, once you place the order, taking into count the production time plus shipping time, the package will arrive at your door by August 27th, 2024.

NOTE: All prices on our site are USD. Once you complete your transaction, it will charge your card in your respective currency.

Refunds Policy:

Our store does not accept returns or exchanges; once an item has been received, it cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Note: Adorgraf, Corp. will not be held liable for misrouted parcels, or parcels that are lost in transit.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES:

Adorgraf, Corp. will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses to ensure timely delivery.

If you think you have entered the wrong address, you need to contact us immediately to correct the mistake.

Cancellation Policy Can I cancel my order(s)?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within four hours of order placement. Please send us an email within four hours and let us know why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the four hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason.

Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product’s description; hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer’s bank account.

Late or missing refunds:

(if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
